Smoking Ban for Public Housing Residents Goes Into Effect Today [VIDEO]

Today's the day, no butts about it. A nationwide ban on smoking which prohibits smoking inside, or within 25 feet of any public housing building takes effect today.

Residents who violate the policy could face eviction.
