Did the weird clothes you wore when you were a teen hurt anything or anyone? I didn't think so.

Prom dresses that show too much skin are banned from the high school prom in Southington, Connecticut. A committee made up of parents, students and faculty agreed on the adoption of a new prom dress code. Must be everything else is taken care of.

The code prohibits girls from wearing gowns with slits that rise above the fingertips and with cutouts in the side or midriff area. The school principal says the school is not looking to stifle all fashion sense.
