Six-Year-Old Handcuffed And Taken Out Of Georgia School [VIDEO]

That's right police slapped the cuffs on a six-year-old girl. Felicia Johnson had a temper tantrum in class that caused a problem. Police were called and they ended up taking six-year-old Felicia out of the school in handcuffs. She was charged with simple assault.
