Singer Gavin DeGraw Viciously Beaten, Hospitalized

Gavin DeGraw remains hospitalized tonight after being attacked, and brutally beaten in New York City Sunday night.

TMZ reports that he was outnumbered, and beaten by several people in the attack.

[Update] The attack took place about 4:30 a.m. Monday, after a night out with friends. As the singer was attempting to get away from his attackers, he was struck by a cab.

DeGraw lives in New York City, and is currently hospitalized at Bellevue Hospital. His representative says that he has suffered a broken nose, and is under observation, and that no further details are available.

DeGraw, Maroon 5, and Train appeared at Mt. Pleasant’s Soaring Eagle Casino and Resort on July 31st.
