She's the size of a small cat, so that helps, too. 

Jasmine is an 11-year-old short-haired chihuahua who came to the Humane Society of Genesee County from California. She stays in Kitty Citty and Tabby Town with the cats, because she loves them. She's good with dogs, too - just will need a meet-and-greet if you already have one.
