It's not easy to make a cheesecake... usually. This week's recipe is the exception to that rule. Find out how to make a delicious cheesecake that is so much more than its standard store bought counterpart. You will need:

  • 1 - 9" baked pie shell
  • 1 - 8oz cool whip
  • 1 - 8oz room temperature Cream Cheese
  • 8 -T of sugar
  • 1 - 2 sliced bananas
  • 2 - T lemon juice
  • 1 Can Blueberry pie filling

 

Bake pie shell per package directions. Slice bananas and cover with lemon juice, let excess lemon juice come off bananas and place sliced bananas in bottom of pie shell. Mix together the cream cheese, sugar and cool whip with mixer. Place cream cheese mixture on top of the bananas, then top with the blueberry pie filling and ENJOY!!!
