Shania Twain certainly knows how to make an entrance! Promoters called the event a "stampede", and the legendary Las Vegas Strip was closed to traffic yesterday as Shania made her way to  Caeser's Palace on horseback to begin a two year headlining residency. Watch her dramatic entrance into Sin City after the jump.

Traffic was diverted away from legendary Las Vegas Boulevard for about 30 minutes yesterday while Shania Twain rode on horseback along with a herd of 40 horses and nine cowboys to a reception in front of the fountains of Caeser's Palace, where she will soon begin a two year concert residency.

I love to combine music and travel, and have been lucky enough to see some great concerts in some fantastic cities. Have you ever traveled out of Michigan to see a concert?
