A Wisconsin boy may have the right idea, raising  a suggestion to Vice President Joe Biden that if guns shot chocolate bullets, no one would get hurt. Biden agreed, sending the seven-year old second grader a handwritten response.

Jenny Aicher's class at the Downtown Montessori Academy in Milwaukee was given an assignment to write letters to officials, and make simple suggestions for making the world a better place.

Biden concluded his note by saying, "Not only would our country be safer, it would be happier. People love chocolate."
