Secret Santa Uses Police Officers to Bring Motorists to Tears [VIDEO]

With a ton of help from the Jackson County Sheriff's Department, a wealthy businessman who is known only as 'Secret Santa', was able to make Christmas meaningful to a lot of unsuspecting people.

Each year, the anonymous businessman from Kansas City, Missouri, hands out about one-hundred thousand dollars. This year, deputies handed out the man's money to motorists who they expected could most use it.

Jessica Rodriguez was especially touched after an officer handed her cash, rather than a ticket.
