Are your kids telling you that they're already bored and have nothing to do this summer? The Salvation Army can help you take care of that problem, as they're offering two summer day camp programs with plenty of activities taking place throughout the summer.

The first one will take place at The Salvation Army Beecher Corps location and it's for children ages three to 14 and goes until Friday, August 12. It will be held Monday-Friday from 8:30am to 3pm and there will be plenty of activities for the kids. The cost weekly for one child is $20, it's $30 for two children and three or more kids will cost $40. If you would like more details, call (810) 789-4003.

The second day camp will take place at the Salvation Army Flint Citadel Corps location on Kearsley Street. This camp will go until Friday, August 26 and it's for children in first grade all the way through eighth grade. Registration per child is $60 weekly with a $10 one time enrollment, with each additional child costing $35 per week. For information about this camp, call (810) 232-2199.

The cost for the camps will go towards t-shirts, backpacks, weekly field trips, swimming, snacks and more. It's a great program for the kids to get involved in so enroll them today. They won't say they're bored this summer after being part of the Salvation Army day camps.
