Mariah Cummings is hoping that sharing the story will help to find her beloved dog.

Mariah and her family were visiting her parents in Tennessee last week when their Saginaw home was broken into. She realized that the door had been kicked in, and waited for the rest of her family before entering the home. Among items stolen were a TV, plates, food and clothing...and their dog, Hannibal.

A family friend had been checking in on the dog while the Cummings were away. The 3-year-old pit bull had also been taken during the robbery.

Mariah doesn't seem worried about her material items; she says that she can buy new clothes and a new TV, but she can't replace Hannibal. She's asking people to call the police if they see anything that resembles her dog.
