Ryan Seacrest Buys Estate of Ellen DeGeneres

Ryan Seacrest has a new place. He is moving into the old home of Ellen Degeneres.  TMZ reports that the ‘American Idol‘ host and radio personality bought her estate for a cool $39 million.

According to Forbes, Seacrest made almost $59 million last year, so he can afford it. In fact he feels like he got a deal because it was originally listed for $49 million.  Take a look at the pictures and see if you could handle living in such a sparse setting.

The main house sits on three acres that boasts a koi fish pond, an outdoor swimming pool and three other houses.
