Road Trip Games and Other Ways to Pass Time

It's fun to take a vacation, and in many cases that involves a road trip. Many people hate spending time on the road, I love being behind the wheel exploring what's out there. While some people like myself are content to just take it all in, others, especially kids, need a good distraction to pass the time.

So what are some good games to play on a road trip? There's always the letter game, where you have to get through the alphabet using road signs and billboards. There's also the licence plate game which is a little more involved, as far as tracking which of the 50 states' plates you see along the way.
