Rachel Platten Sends Personal Message to Grand Blanc Family

Fight Song singer Rachel Platten sent a video to London's family over the weekend, and you might want to have the tissues ready.

It's been tough for the Grand Blanc community, with two young girls passing away within weeks of each other.

London Eisenbeis, a 5th grader at Myers Elementary, was at a water park with her family in February when she went into sudden cardiac arrest. She was in the hospital for a few days before she passed away - it was found that she had an undiagnosed heart condition called Long QT.

The community rallied together around her family with crowdfunding for her medical bills, a balloon release and candlelight vigil.

And now, the singer of one of London's favorite songs has chimed in with her sympathies and support.

A little gesture from a celebrity has gone a long way for the Eisenbeis family.
