Things got pretty tense in Washington over the weekend, and I'm not talking about the ongoing debate between democrats and republicans. 

A rally of veterans protesting the government shutdown got heated as protestors took down the barricades that were blocking the World War II Memorial, the Lincoln Memorial and other landmarks from public access.

Several people carried those barricades over their heads about a half mile to 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, and dumped them on the White House lawn.
