Parents need to be careful when uploading photos of their family online. In this digital age, anything uploaded to the internet is there to stay. Obviously, many parents want to go to great lengths to protect their children from every threat they can think of. The problem is when people come up with something you haven't thought of.

Case-in-point, a woman from Texas notice that a New York man had taken pictures of her daughter that she had taken, and posting them as his own, claiming that the girl was his daughter. The woman has filed a complaint, but nothing has been done because the man meets their community standards. Again, as technology moves forward, so does the measures these creeps will go to.
