An Italian channel (Rainews) spotted a sneaky exchange of two small pieces of paper between President Obama and General Wilson. The day was April 29, and the handoff was (allegedly) a few hours after he gave the order to kill Osama Bin Laden. Read more and watch the hand off after the jump.
