The New Grumpy Cat: Brat Cat? [VIDEO]

What an awful little stinker!

The attitude on this kitty. WOW. He literally looks his owner in the eye...and does EXACTLY what he was just told NOT to do. Look, my cat can be a total pain in the butt sometimes. But he has never, ever looked me in the eye and blatantly disregarded me.

Not gonna lie, I wasn't a cat person until a couple of years ago. But I love them. Even when they do stuff like this. I'm gonna call this little guy "Brat Cat."
