"Tomorrow will be a great day," Jamie Snider posted on Facebook the day before she gave birth to twins. Her family says her smile was contagious, even through two battles with cancer.

The California mom lost an ovary during her first bout with cancer. Miraculously, she became pregnant with twins, but soon learned the cancer had returned. Snider underwent treatment, including chemotherapy. Her friend Larina Campanile shared her final Facebook post with ABC-7.

"God has been by my side the whole time. All your prayers and love have kept me going as well. Wish me luck. I'm having a C-section at 7 and then a radial hysterectomy right after. I'll be fine. Thank you, God, for keeping me positive through all the hard times."

Snider made it through the surgeries, bud died when her heart failed the next day.

"What gives me peace in my heart is she got to see those babies and hold them and be with them a little bit," Campanile said.
