Pope Francis Holds And Kisses Young American Boy With Cerebral Palsy [Video]

I’m not overly religious, but I do believe in faith. I am really starting to admire Pope Francis as well. He made an incredibly beautiful gesture to a young American boy on Easter. See if you find the story as inspiring as I do.

On Easter Sunday, while greeting well wishers in St. Peter’s Square, Pope Francis encountered eight year old Dominic Gondreau from Rhode Island. Dominic suffers from cerebral palsy and is confined to a wheelchair. As Pope Francis approached, the crowd lifted the boy so that he could be blessed, but the pontiff did so much more. Dominic’s mom said it was “like a kiss from God.”
