Is it wrong that I think this is a great idea for managed communities?!

PooPrints uses DNA testing to track who, in a managed community (apartments, condos, etc.) is NOT picking up their dog poop!

Basically, they swab your dog for DNA and then match it to dog poop that hasn't been picked up by owners. They then inform property managers and landlords which owners aren't being responsible. It's then put into a national poop registry!

This was a constant problem for us when we lived in apartment buildings, and it was so rude! We always picked up after our schnauzer; why didn't other people have to do it? What do you think? Is it worth the money?
