UPDATE - May 2, 2013 ** Tips have led Norton Shores police to a man who may have a connection to the disappearance of Jessica Heeringa. The man was questioned for about six hours and released early Thursday morning, and sources say the man drives a silver minivan, and remains as a person of interest. No arrests have been made at this time.**

Norton Shores police have released a sketch of the man they think may be responsible for the disappearance of Jessica Heeringa. The West Michigan woman is believed to have been abducted from the Exxon Mobil station around the time her shift ended Friday night.

Police believe the man s between 30 and 40 years old, about six feet tall, and has light brown wavy hair, which may be parted in the center. This surveillance video from a nearby business was released over the weekend, and indicates the suspect may have been driving a grey or silver minivan or SUV.

Anyone with information about Heeringa or the suspect is asked to call 231-722-7463 or 911.
