A Wixom man is in police custody as a 'person of interest' in the random shootings that have taken place in four counties between October 16th and 27th.

Authorities received a tip, obtained a search warrant, and went to the man's home Monday night. He was brought into custody, and his dark grey-colored vehicle, as well as several items from his home were seized by police.

Ingham County Sheriff Gene Wriggelsworth told The Associated Press that authorities are “trying to confirm whether he’s our guy or not.”

A $102,000 reward is being offered for information that leads to an arrest and conviction of the person responsible for these shootings.Call 1-800-SPEAK-UP if you have information about the incidents.
