The fact that most people have access to a video recorder on their phone has opened what video gets recorded. And once it gets recorded it gets uploaded. Sometimes funny. Sometimes touching. But sometimes it's to make a point. And yes, some light has been shed on some dark situations because they were caught in the act. But not all problems that arise need to go straight to YouTube.
