Pennsylvania Mom Says ‘Crazy Voices’ Pushed Her to Drown Sons [VIDEO]

Laurel Schlemmer tells authorities she heard 'crazy voices' telling her to drown two of her sons. The 40-year old thought she could be a better mother to her oldest child if her youngest two were not around. Luke Schlemmer, her three-year-old son, has died, while six-year old Daniel remains in critical condition.

Schlemmer put her oldest, a seven-year-old boy, on the bus for school, then told the other boys to get into the bathtub. She sat on them, pushing the boys under water. When they were unconscious, she took them out of the tub and called 911.

The woman told a detective she thought she could be a better mother to her oldest son "if the other two boys weren't around, and they would be better off in heaven."
