Parents Leave Baby in Car While They Shop at Sex Store [VIDEO]

Our never-ending series on bad parenting takes us to Illinois, where a couple has been arrested after leaving their 9-month-old baby in a car while they shopped at a sex store.

Police found the boy crying and sweating profusely after his parents, Michael Cegers and Jessica Hurley Smith, left him locked in a vehicle for about 20 minutes. The two were shopping at Lover's Lane, and told cops they left the baby in the car - wait for it -

- because the store doesn't permit anyone under 18 inside.
