Pizza Delivery Guy’s Butt-Dialed Racist Voice Mail Lands Company In Hot Water [NSFW Video]

This video was posted by a Papa John's customer in Florida who ordered his pizza for delivery. He tipped his standard 21%, but apparently the driver was not thrilled with his tip. He then unknowingly "butt-dialed" that customer and proceeded to gripe to another Papa John's employee who was more than happy to throw in his racist comments as well.

The first two minutes of the video sets up the situation. The NSFW language begins at 2:34 in. Be warned. The racial slurs aren't nice at all.

Both employees have been fired and Papa John's CEO John Schnatter apologized publicly on his company's Facebook page.

Should Papa John's, as a company, be held responsible for the actions of its' employees? Did John Schnatter, the company's CEO do enough?
