Looking for that perfect appetizer for your upcoming party? We've got you covered with Pam's Spicy Cheese and Sausage Dip... Well, not literally... You know what we meant. Either way, that's our Cars 108 Recipe of the Week.

You will need:

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with chili peppers
  • 2 diced jalapeno peppers (remove seeds)
  • 1 lb Italian sweet or hot sausage
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 lbs velveeta cheese

Fry sausage and ground beef until done and then drain well. Add mushroom soup and jalapeno peppers to Crock Pot. Cut cheese in small chunks and add to mixture in crock pot. Next, add ground beef and Italian sausage, mix well and heat until cheese is melted. Finish by pouring over nacho chips or just dip chips into mixture. Serves 2 - 4.
