October 9, 2011 One fed up mother in Connecticut called the cops on her son after he swore at her during an argument about his messy room. When police arrived the mother told them that her son constantly leaves the house messy and has strangers over when she's not home. The son became aggressive when cops went to his room to find out what was going on.
September 29, 2011 If you thought medical marijuana was something new, check this out! Elvy Musikka of Eugene, Oregon is 72 and suffers from glaucoma. She is also one of four people in the United States who gets her medical marijuana free from the federal government.
September 28, 2011 The former Romulus chief of police, his wife, and several officers were charged yesterday with operating a scheme in which drug money was used to pay for marijuana, alcohol and prostitutes.

August 25, 2011 With yesterday's ruling from the Michigan Court of Appeals banning patient to patient marijuana sales at dispensaries, several could be affected in Genesee County. The Flint Journal reports this would allow prosecutors to shut down the dispensaries, but Genesee County Prosecutor David Leyton said it's up to the communities to bring up the issue:

June 8, 2011 A new law in Florida, which goes into effect on July 1st, will require adults who apply for help from the Department of Children and Family Services to submit to drug testing. In essence, the law says that assistance recipients have to be clean in order to begin or continue receiving benefits.
