HSLC has given away more than 50,000 pounds of food to needy people so far this year, and will conduct its last distribution of the season tomorrow. (Saturday)
September 8, 2011 I have never watched the show "Toddlers & Tiaras" on TLC but I have seen previews and it looks terrible. Basically it's about a bunch of young girls competing in pageants at a very young age. In the latest episode, one girl actually dresses up like Julia Roberts in "Pretty Woman," sporting thigh high boots, short skirt, tight top and a blonde wig.

Kate Gosselin and her brood of eight will go back to living life without cameras soon, as TLC cancels "Kate Plus 8." The show's final episode will air on September 12th.

On Monday's season premiere of 'Kate Plus 8,' Kate Gosselin spots a guy from across the street while she was baking cupcakes at a local bakery. According to MSNBC -- the Gosselin kids have been begging their mom to get married again.
August 2, 2011 Continuing its fifth season of providing food for the area's needy families and individuals, Holy Spirit Lutheran Church in Grand Blanc is hosting a free food distribution this Saturday.
Each month this summer, HSLC is purchasing thousands of pounds of food from the Food Bank of Eastern Michigan, and distribute it on a first-come, first-served basis.
