Owosso Man Traveling To Oklahoma Via Wagon Drawn By Two Mules [VIDEO]

Charlie Peters left his home May 1st and has passed near Jackson and Sturgis, Michigan on his journey toward Oklahoma. Where is he now? Well, he's  now in northern Indiana. He's able to travel about 20 miles a day. Peters wants to meet military veterans along the way and thank them for their service to the country. He hopes to arrive in Oklahoma around Aug. 1. The video tells the whole story.
