If you're still surfing the web using Internet Explorer, it's time to switch to a new browser. A vulnerability in Internet Explorer (versions 6 through 11) which has been dubbed 'Operation Clandestine Fox' is targeting corporations and personal users. 26 percent of Internet Explorer users may be affected.

IE users could be susceptible to a remote code execution vulnerability, according to Microsoft.

The vulnerability may corrupt memory in a way that could allow an attacker to execute arbitrary code in the context of the current user within Internet Explorer. An attacker could host a specially crafted website that is designed to exploit this vulnerability through Internet Explorer and then convince a user to view the website.

English translation: Download and use Firefox by clicking this link,  or Google's Chrome browser here.

Microsoft is working to release a patch, but remember, Windows XP is no longer being supported. They will probably not make any effort to resolve this issues for users of that operating system.
