Florence "SeeSee" Rigney retired at 67...for five months. And then, she went back to work. She turned 90 on May 8th, and her coworkers at Tacoma General Hospital in Washington threw her a little birthday bash the day before. Assistant nurse manager Sheri Morris said, "She'd had over six decades of service at the hospital. How could we not honor that?"

SeeSee (her childhood nickname that's stuck her whole life) says that she always knew she wanted to be a nurse. She spent time at a couple of other hospitals, and took some time away for her children, but they said that always "came back to Tacoma General."
