Ohio Man Facing Charges for Videotaping, Not Helping Teens in Deadly Crash [VIDEO]

Paul Pelton has been arrested and faces charges after recording the aftermath of a deadly car crash Monday in Lorain, Ohio.

Authorities say Pelton was on the scene of the accident and made no attempt to help either of the victims. Instead, he recorded video the whole time, and even opened the back door of the vehicle to get a better view of the occupants.

The 17-year-old driver is currently in critical condition at a local hospital. His 17-year-old passenger died from his injuries.
