Oh Oh…..Kitchen Reports Falsified In Genesee County

The Flint Journal reported that dozens of school cafeterias and local restaurants never got their required kitchen inspections in 2009 and 2010 because of phony reports.

The county fired Heather Bausick, a former sanitarian, more than seven months ago after she acknowledged not inspecting about 35 food service establishments, and covering the trail with phony reports. Investigations later determined that kitchens in schools in Flint, Davison, and Swartz Creek were never inspected, despite reports being filed. records show that those facilities have since undergone inspection.
