NTSB Wants States to Lower Blood Alcohol Limit to .05 Percent [VIDEO]

In the last 15 years, about one-third of all highway deaths have involved alcohol in the US. Now the National Transportation Safety Board is recommending that states lower the blood alcohol limit from .08 to .05 percent to determine if drivers are over the legal limit.

Compliance with NTSB's recommendation could mean more funding for states, according to this report from KOLO.
