It's part of a 14-year-long project to "modernize" commuter's drives.

The construction started yesterday on I-75 between Coolidge and M-59. It will rebuild more than two miles of the road, and will include drainage improvement and a bridge.

Starting yesterday, there's now only two through-lanes open during peak travel times in both directions. But overnight, it will be closed down to one lane.

Per usual, enjoy the construction, Michiganders!
