Koeberle Bull, who lives in New Jersey, had a bad gut feeling when she started getting random Facebook messages that were harassing her three biracial children.

So, to protect her kids, she reported the messages to the police.

The Kentucky police traced them back to Dylan Jarrell. They intercepted him while he was backing out of his driveway. He had 200 rounds of ammunition, a bulletproof vest, a 100-round high-capacity magazine and a "detailed plan of attack" on his person at the time, according to the police. They believe that he was planning on shooting up a nearby school.

He's pleaded not guilty to second-degree terroristic threatening and harassing communications.
