New Fast Food Restaurant in Grand Blanc?

The former KFC location on Grand Blanc Rd. at US 23 (7500 Grand Parkway) is being spruced up, and appears to be the future home of some sort of fast food restaurant.

But what will it be?

I drive by it every day, and my curiosity is building.

The color scheme makes me think, "McDonald's," but there's already a Mickey Dee's next door, sharing a building with the Shell gas station. Unless Ronald is preparing to move?

Any ideas?

Anybody know for sure?

If it's Taco Bell (which I don't think it is) I'm screwed. I have no Border willpower, and will look like Michael Moore by Labor Day.
