There are some rules for Michigan teenage drivers.  They will have to be off the road starting at 10 p.m. continuing through 5 a.m. They could still drive though if they are headed to or from work.  Another change is teens won't be allowed to have more than one passenger who's not from their family in their vehicle under the age of 20 unless a parent, guardian or an adult older than 21 is present.  The new law is for 16 and 17-year-old drivers in the state's graduated licensing system.
