I love my dogs more than I should, and I feed them very unhealthy things from time to time! I have never given them beer -- one local company wants your dog to drink a cold-one with you; it's called Bowser Beer.

Jenny Brown, and her company 3 Busy Dogs, have come up with a non-alchoholic, non-carbonated blend of meat broth and malt barley, blended with glucosamine for joint health. Two flavors of Bowser Beer are currently available nationwide; Beefy Brown Ale and Cock-A-Doodle Brew.

Why make a beer just for dogs? "People have an incredible emotional bond with their dogs, so it's just natural for people to want to include them, and say 'My dog can have a beer too.'" says Jenny Brown.

Bowser Beer comes in plastic bottles, and can be poured over dry dog food, frozen into ice cubes, or enjoyed by your dog straight from the bottle, human style!

Bowser Beer is available locally at Barking Babes Pet Boutique, on Leroy Street, in Fenton.
