Whether or not it's ethical is an entirely separate conversation, but for now...

...allow me to hack into a locked iPhone. It worked for two of my coworkers phones, but it did NOT work for two others. Difference in iOS software, possibly? Either way, it's worth a try, if you're into invading somebody else's privacy.
