Nearly 70% Of People Say They Have Been Bullied At Work – Have You? [POLL] [VIDEO]

Bullies are not just found on the schoolyard. Steph and I had a conversation about this on the  Cars 108 morning show today. A new survey shows 70-percent of adults say they’ve been bullied in the workplace. Workplace bullying usually happens in the form of verbal abuse. It could be a manager or a co-worker.

So what can employees do if they are being bullied?

Here's what you can do. Most experts agree the incidents should be documented with records of dates, times and details of what happened. The employee should then contact the company employee assistance program or explain the problem to human resources.
