June 1st is the 3rd annual National Running Day!  Everyone is encouraged to get out the door and run, just for the fun of it.  You can also run for a charity if you choose to. 

You can run by yourself, with friends, or better still, with your family!  You can run 100 yards or 100 miles.  Running is simple, inexpensive and fun.  Get out the door and run!  Run through your neighborhood, in a park or on a trail.  Celebrate running on National Running Day.   If you're new to running, the Crim Fitness Foundation is a pretty good source for information  www.crim.org
