Mother Forces 3-Year-Old Son to Get Tattoo, Posts Video On YouTube [VIDEO]

You won't be able to muster up enough disdain, contempt, or disgust for this mother in Cuba who held down her three-year-old son, forcing him to get a tattoo on his arm.

Think it's illegal? Think again. Michigan law, for instance, places no age restrictions on tattoos or body piercings, stating only that minors have prior, informed, written consent from a parent or legal guardian, and that the consent be executed in the tattoo (or piercing) artist's presence or the presence of his or her employer/agent.

Not only is the video extremely disturbing, but the toddler's screams will send any normal parent into meltdown mode.

Should authorities step in, and question her ability to parent?
