We've all see pictures of the old west ghost towns. Now, a company is going to build a ghost town in New Mexico as part of a huge scientific experiment.  A technology company in Washington D.C. announced plans to build the ghost town to test everything from renewable energy innovations to intelligent traffic systems. They will also test next generation wireless networks and smart-grid cyber security systems on a 20-square mile model of a small U.S. city.No one will live in this replica city modeled after a typical American town of 35,000 people. The $200 million project, known as "The Center" will be the first of its kind in the U.S.
