Michigan Teen Makes 298 Christmas Care Packages for Vets

I'm telling you - this next generation of kids are AMAZING, selfless people.

Amanda Imhoff is a senior at Rockford High School in Kent County. While most teenagers are just waiting for Christmas break, Amanda has spent the last month putting together care packages for every single veteran at the Grand Rapids Home for Veterans.

She told Fox 17 that she's been collecting items for the last year, which she got directly from their online wish list. Kids from her local elementary school even pitched in to write out the cards.

She's only got a few more to make, but plans on dropping them off today.
