Love the entrepreneurial spirit of these two ladies! Way to go!

Kalkaska middle school students Isabella Grezner and Alyssa Anderson decided that it was time for a new drinking fountain in the hallway of their school, saying that the water tasted like metal and they didn't think it was filtered. Instead of going to the school administrators, they took it upon themselves to fundraise for it.

They went door-to-door, asking businesses for donations. When the water fountain manufacturer found out that they were raising money themselves, they gave the girls a $400 discount.

After raising $1,200 the new water fountain will be installed at their school by the end of next month. Nice job, ladies!
