And now, they're looking for volunteers for foster homes.

The Cherryland Humane Society in Traverse City is working to bring animals from shelters in Texas that are affected by Hurricane Harvey back to Michigan, and they need our help.

To bring these animals back, they need foster homes. They've reportedly been in contact since before the storm, and this is a common practice to prevent overcrowding. However, with the storm, there are a lot of displaced animals.

There's no definite number of how many dogs will be arriving in Michigan, but they ARE looking for foster homes. You can apply HERE.
