Michigan Rep Dan Kildee: White House Budget Proposal DOA [VIDEO]

Congressman Dan Kildee appeared on MSNBC's 'Morning Joe' and said the White House's budget proposal is essentially dead on arrival.

"It's a terrible budget," the Democratic Representative noted. He went on to say, "For me, it eliminates probably the most important program that we have in the Midwest, and that's the Great Lakes Restoration Initiative."

Kildee stressed the importance of the program, saying that it's important to the environment and the economy, and noting that President Trump is "taking it to zero."
